Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Exceptions & Managing Returns
If items that you receive are damaged, you will be eligible for a refund, as long as you attach a picture/video of that item, showing that it is damaged.
You can now request & monitor your returns with self-serve returns. Customers are able to manage and request returns from their own accounts.

How to Initiate a Refund
Two Ways to Initiate a Refund:

We will then send you a refund link that you will have to fill out. This link will be sent out in your email. Most communication will be through your email, so it is best that you're checking your email for any updates.
2. Use the new self-serve return feature to be able to monitor and request returns.

What Happens After the Return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- For late or missing refunds, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If that does not work, do not hesitate to reach back out to us in a form of an email.
